The occupiers are simply stealing fuel and reselling it to the public.

In temporarily occupied Crimea, amid a fuel crisis, Russian military steal and resell gasoline.

Ukrainian National Resistance Center reports that local online platforms in Simferopol, Yalta and other cities of the peninsula are massively distributing ads for gasoline delivery "right under the door" at the price of 160 rubles per liter of AI-95.

The majority of such offers come from the Russian military, who have direct access to the distribution of resources, or from their relatives or acquaintances.

Occupants simply steal fuel and resell it to the population, turning the fuel crisis into a source of personal enrichment. The situation is aggravated by the general shortage of gasoline at gas stations.

Crimeans become hostages of the fuel crisis and are forced to overpay the occupants.
