And called the "dismantling" of the barn with the rocket "important."

During a speech at an economic forum in St. Petersburg, which is actively attacked by Ukrainian drones, Russian dictator Putin decided to refute rumors that the occupiers' missile forces lost "hazel" over the occupied Donetsk region. The Kremlin boss said that this was the way it was planned for testing.

This was reported by Charter97.org, citing a broadcast of Putin's speech in the Russian media.

Putin began praising Russian weapons and brought up the "Oreshnik." The dictator said that, as it turns out, all the strikes by Oreshnik on Ukraine were not combat, but test strikes.

"This is not a combat use. We have not actually had any combat, in the full sense of the word, use of Oreshnik on the territory of Ukraine," Putin said.

As for the fall of the missile in the occupied part of the Donetsk region, the dictator made up a story that this was a special plan to make it convenient to look at the results.

"This concerns the DNR area within the perimeter of the main fortification. We then had our drones fly into this shed there, which was hit, and just looked at how the flying blocks were arranged. Counted down to the millimeter, everything where it fell. This is important for us to make a decision in the future on the full-scale use of "Oreshnik" on designated targets," the Russian dictator said.
