Vessels sailed with radars off and names painted over.
On the night of June 5, Ukrainian drones attacked five ships in the ports of Mariupol, Berdyansk and in the coastal waters of Crimea.
According to Charter97.org with reference to the post of Unmanned Systems Force Commander Robert "Madyara" Brovdi.
The targets were cargo ships and tankers in the ports of Mariupol and Berdyansk, as well as in the coastal waters of temporarily occupied Crimea.
All the targets had one thing in common: painted names and turned off radars.
Sudas were transported:
grain from the occupied territories;
fuel;
military cargoes.
To avoid detection, vessel names were painted over and transponders and radars were turned off.
"Birds 1 OC SBS paid a courtesy visit to the dry cargo ships and tanker. Good optics, heavy hundred-pound arguments. More to come," wrote Robert "Madyar" Brovdi.
In the meantime, Ukraine's SBS continue to systematically destroy the Russian fleet. On June 4, drones hit a Russian patrol Svitlyak-class ship in Crimea and a number of other enemy targets.
On June 3, the SBS struck the corvette Boyky in Kronstadt near St. Petersburg - a distance of about 1,100 kilometers from the Ukrainian border.
