Another car has exploded in Moscow; it was parked at the time of the incident. It is not yet known who was inside the vehicle.
According to Russian media reports, the incident occurred on Aleksandra Vvedenskogo Street in the Konkovo district.
The area has been cordoned off; no official information is available yet.
Earlier reports indicated that this morning near Moscow, a Russian lieutenant general was killed in an explosion.
