As part of a military parade marking Bastille Day, Ukrainian pilots flew Mirage fighter jets over Paris on Tuesday.

- They took part in France’s military parade marking Bastille Day. Today, Ukrainian soldiers marched solemnly down the Champs-Élysées, and our pilots, as part of Franco-Ukrainian crews, flew over the Champs-Élysées in Mirage fighter jets. “It is a great honor for us to be here,” Zelenskyy wrote on social media platform X.

He called the invitation of Ukrainian defenders to the event in Paris a sign of respect and recognition of Ukraine’s strength.

“Thank you to our soldiers. Thank you to France and all partners who stand with Ukraine,” Zelenskyy noted.
