Polish fighter jets were scrambled after a Russian Il-20 reconnaissance aircraft flew over the Baltic Sea, Poland’s Defense Minister Władysław Kosiniak-Kamysz reported on the social media platform X.

“Polish fighter jets intercepted the Russian Il-20 reconnaissance aircraft and forced it to leave,” the minister wrote.
