Electricity service on the peninsula is limited.
On the night of July 18, the Ukrainian Armed Forces struck energy facilities in the eastern part of Crimea. Power supply is limited, according to a statement from Krymenergo’s press service.
“Power company employees are taking all possible measures to stabilize the peninsula’s power supply,” the Krymenergo statement said.
According to the Russian Ministry of Defense, last night air defense forces allegedly shot down 379 Ukrainian Armed Forces drones over Russian regions, including Crimea. Power supply problems in Crimea and Sevastopol worsened in late June following attacks by the Ukrainian Armed Forces on energy facilities. Electricity was completely cut off on the peninsula several times.
