Limits have been imposed on certain services.

Effective July 21, Belgazprombank has set limits on reloading its cards. If you reload via Belpochta terminals, the daily limit is 6,000 Belarusian rubles, and the monthly limit is 30,000. This limit applies to a single card. A new rule has also been introduced for non-residents of our country: a limit on reloading payment cards of up to 500,000 Russian rubles per month, according to "Zerkalo".

Starting July 15, Bank BelVEB has imposed a limit on card reloads at “Belpost” terminals: no more than two transactions per day, with a total amount not exceeding 1,000 Belarusian rubles.

Starting July 18, “BNB-Bank” introduced a limit on card reloads in Russian rubles—no more than the equivalent of $5,000 per month. “The restriction applies to all of the bank’s customers. There is no fee for reloading the card. If you need to deposit an amount greater than $5,000, you can top up the account to which the card is linked. In this case, a 5% fee for cash top-ups will apply to non-residents,” the financial institution clarified.
