Fighters from the “Phoenix” unit of the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine in the Donetsk region destroyed an enemy “Buk-M3” anti-aircraft missile system. This was reported by the press service of the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine.

It is known that such a system costs $50 million.

“Border guards from the ‘Phoenix’ unit in the Donetsk region destroyed a ‘Buk-M3’ anti-aircraft missile system while it was on the move. The occupiers were openly moving the equipment toward the front lines and paid the price,” the statement notes.

The border guards also released a video showing the destruction of the system.

In addition, the State Border Guard Service reported that the enemy is attempting to expand the combat zone in the north of the Kharkiv region.

“Border guards from the ‘Gart’ Brigade in the South Slobozhansky direction are detecting attempts by enemy infantry to break through in the Artilne area. After suffering heavy losses in previous assaults, the occupiers are seeking new areas, but border guards are destroying their personnel and equipment at the very start of the offensive, both on Ukrainian territory and behind enemy lines,” the statement asserted.
