Lukashenko is asking for a response from Ukraine.

The Russian medium-range ballistic missile “Oreshnik” now contains almost no foreign components. At the same time, about 100 of these components are manufactured in Belarus. This was reported by the presidential advisor on sanctions policy Vladislav Vlasyuk, according to "RBC-Ukraine".

A representative of the Office of the President of Ukraine displayed debris from the “Oreshnik” and the “Banderole” cruise missile, and also noted that the ballistic missile contains more than 1,000 Russian-made components, and about 100 more are Belarusian.

“Most of it was manufactured in 2023–24, with some from 2025. In other words, they are producing some of their own components right now,” Vlasyuk noted.

He emphasized that this indicates Russia is already capable of producing these missiles with virtually no foreign components.

Vlasyuk also showed what the kinetic warhead looks like. There are 36 warhead elements, and they are likely made of tungsten.
As reported by the website Charter97.org, Ukraine will consider the possibility of initiating criminal proceedings against Lukashenko.
