Early Friday morning, July 3, in Belgorod, loud explosions rang out. Residents from various parts of the city reported hearing the “booms.” Later, as reported by "Dialog", the Exilenova+ channel published numerous images of smoke in Belgorod following the explosions.

At the same time, local residents began posting online about power and water outages. Later, monitoring sources clarified that the local Michurinskaya Thermal Power Plant was most likely the target of the attack.

According to an analysis of photos posted by eyewitnesses, the smoke is visible specifically in the area around the plant. As of the publication of this article, there is no official information regarding the exact location of the strike or the consequences of the attack.
