U.S. Vice President Vance Called Zelenskyy

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy received a “pleasant phone call” from U.S. Vice President J.D. Vance. The two discussed anti-ballistic systems for Ukraine and other matters.

Zelensky reported this.

“We discussed the results of our recent meeting with President Donald Trump in Washington—which was positive and productive. Russian airstrikes on our country continue, and air defense—specifically, interceptors for the Patriot system against ballistic missiles—remains a top priority,” the Ukrainian president noted.

The President of Ukraine added that he also discussed with Vance the implications of a full-scale war for global markets.
