Ukrainian Missiles Struck Chuvashia And Udmurtia

Explosions were heard in several regions.
In Russia, the night of July 3–4 was turbulent. According to Sergey Sternenko, an advisor to the Ukrainian Minister of Defense, a missile alert had been declared as early as Friday evening in the Saratov, Rostov, Voronezh, Penza, Samara, Ulyanovsk, and Tambov regions, as well as in the republics of Tatarstan and Mordovia.
Subsequently, explosions were heard in several regions. As of this morning, according to data from the monitoring channels Exilenova+ and Astra, strikes were recorded.
Strike on St. Petersburg
Last night, several loud explosions rocked hometown of Kremlin dictator Vladimir Putin. It turned out that Ukrainian drones struck an oil terminal in the port of St. Petersburg.
“The port is still on fire. There were many hits. Some of the tanks were likely empty,” the monitors report.

“It should be noted that the St. Petersburg oil terminal is one of the largest in the Baltic region: it houses 21 storage tanks for petroleum products, and its throughput capacity is 12.5 million metric tons per year.”
Attack on Chuvashia
In Chuvashia, eyewitnesses posted footage of a nighttime attack by Ukraine. Local Telegram channels reported that missiles flew over the Alatyr District in the southwestern part of the Chuvash Republic and over the Komsomolsk District in the east.
There is no official information yet on the consequences of the missile strike on the republic, but monitoring channels report that the missiles that flew over Chuvashia were of the “Flamingo” type.
Attack on Udmurtia
The head of the republic, Alexander Brechalov, stated this morning that a Ukrainian missile was allegedly shot down over Udmurtia. The Ukrainian Armed Forces attempted to attack a facility in the region. The missile was allegedly intercepted; there were no casualties or damage.
Strike on Belgorod
According to Sergey Sternenko, missiles also struck Belgorod last night. As a result of the strike, the “Luch” thermal power plant caught fire. Locals are reporting a partial blackout.
