On the night of July 6, a number of targets were struck in the temporarily occupied Crimea, and an oil refinery was hit in Yaroslavl, Russia.

It is noted that the port in Kerch, Crimea, was attacked. According to reports from local residents, a fire broke out on the premises.

According to satellite data, a fire also broke out at the Simferopol 330 kV substation and in the area of a mobile gas turbine power plant.

A fire was also reported at the Gvardeyskoye Air Base in the temporarily occupied Crimea.

In Yaroslavl, Russia, one of the oil refineries was hit. The attack resulted in a massive fire.

On July 5, the Financial Times, citing data from the Polish analytical group Rochan Consulting, reported that since the beginning of 2026, Russian oil refineries have been targeted at least 194 times—11 times more than during the same period in 2025.
