Three times in a month.
In June, Belarus increased rail shipments of gasoline and diesel fuel to record levels amid a shortage of petroleum products on the Russian market. This was reported by Reuters.
Previously, Belarus, which has two oil refineries with a combined nominal capacity of 24 million metric tons per year, had stated its readiness to partially compensate for the capacity lost by Russian refineries due to attacks by Ukrainian drones.
Ukraine has significantly increased the number of attacks on Russian oil refineries, triggering a fuel crisis in Russia.
The shutdown of several large oil refineries in central Russia following strikes by Ukrainian drones has led to a reduction in gasoline production of approximately 25% on an annualized basis.
