Artificial Intelligence Identifies The Jobs Of The Future

  • 13.08.2026, 17:39

Some of them don't even exist yet.

In response to a question about unusual professions of the future, artificial intelligence provided a list of jobs for which there are currently no training programs, according to Republica.

When journalists asked it to name unusual professions of the future, the AI generated an entire list of occupations related to artificial intelligence. Technically, these aren’t professions yet, since there are currently no programs to study them, but they reflect emerging needs at the intersection of humans and technology.

Digital Reputation Defender – will protect a person’s identity in a world shaped by AI itself, safeguarding against manipulation, voice cloning, and artificial content featuring fabricated data, facts, and characters.

Personal Data Agent – will negotiate who can use a person’s data, for what purpose, and at what price. Something like a real estate agent, but dealing with personal data rather than real estate.

Human-AI Relationship Consultant—will intervene when people develop serious emotional relationships with artificial intelligence, robots, or avatars. A unique form of “Therapy 3.0,” which is already necessary, since the phenomenon of the “robot partner” already exists, especially among lonely or insecure people for whom such relationships are a source of comfort.

Human Judgment Specialist—will step in when AI is capable of calculating the best solution, but a human must still make the final decision. It’s worth having such specialists even now, since human judgment is already a rare ability.

Urban Designer during Extreme Heat—will redesign streets, buildings, and public spaces for communities facing constantly rising temperatures.

Water resources strategist—will manage water as a strategic resource for real estate, cities, agriculture, and companies.

Corporate philosopher—a person who, among other things, will ask, “Why are we doing this?” when technology makes possible what was once impossible.

The New HR Professional—will be responsible for preserving and developing distinctly human qualities within an organization that is becoming increasingly automated.

The author challenged artificial intelligence, asking why it only suggests professions related to AI. AI responded that it is precisely these fields that will take center stage due to technological transformations. But when the conversation turned to professions of the future beyond AI, the list turned out to be different.

100-Year Life Manager – will help people restructure their lives across several stages: education, a progressive career, breaks, retraining, retirement, and relationships.

Healthy Housing Specialist – will analyze air quality, lighting, noise, temperature, mold, and habits within the home from the perspective of residents’ health.

Fermentation Specialist—a specialization at the intersection of gastronomy, microbiology, and food production that already existed and could make a comeback.

Boredom Specialist—it sounds absurd, but it involves consciously creating periods without stimulation to help restore focus.
