Customer service and the payment system are experiencing disruptions.

Cyber experts "took down" the digital infrastructure of the Russian marketplace "Wildberries," disrupting its customer service and payment system.

This was reported by Telegram of the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ukrainian Ministry of Defense.

According to the Main Intelligence Directorate, on August 10–11, as part of an operation in Russian cyberspace, members of the Cyber Corps community attacked the digital infrastructure of Wildberries, a company that plays a key role in Russia’s logistics and in financing the war against Ukraine.

Despite the target’s high level of security, the attack led to widespread disruptions—the main remote customer service channel was disrupted, the payment infrastructure was partially destabilized, and contact centers were subjected to additional strain.

A flood of complaints was recorded, particularly due to the inability to complete financial transactions.

“The cyberoperation amplified the effect of the Ukrainian Defense Forces’ kinetic attacks on Wildberries’ warehouses—resulting in yet another significant loss for the company that fuels the aggressor’s economy and, consequently, its criminal war against Ukraine,” the Main Intelligence Directorate noted.

As a reminder, last night the Ukrainian Armed Forces struck a large Wildberries warehouse 150 km from Moscow.
