Some of them are classified projects.

Over the past six months, Ukraine has begun using British drones to carry out strikes on long-range targets deep inside Russian territory.

Among them is the Nyan jet drone, which was tested by the British Royal Navy. This was reported by the newspaper The Times, citing sources in the Ukrainian Armed Forces.

According to the publication, Ukraine also used another British drone, the manufacturer of which is not named for security reasons. At the same time, the Ukrainian military carries out most of its long-range strikes using domestically produced drones.

“The Armed Forces have achieved significant success with British drones,” said a high-ranking source in the Ukrainian Armed Forces.

According to The Times, British drones were used to attack Russian oil refineries near Moscow, in Yaroslavl, and in Volgograd. The Nyan drone was also used to strike targets near Belgorod.

Ukraine’s use of British drones could provoke a new response from Moscow. Sources speaking to The Times suggest that Russia may intensify its hybrid campaign against the United Kingdom. According to a high-ranking source in the British Ministry of Defense, Moscow is already carrying out cyberattacks and espionage operations against the country.

At the same time, the British side has not officially confirmed the full list of drones that may have been transferred to Ukraine and used during strikes deep inside Russia.
