Video Clip: Crows In Minsk "Play Soccer"

A woman from Minsk maria.tarasyuk posted a video on Threads that was filmed in the courtyard of one of the capital’s apartment buildings. It shows crows rolling a soccer ball around a sports field.

“The chances of seeing crows playing soccer are slim, but they’re never zero,” she writes.

Other social media users noted that crows are among the smartest birds and gave examples of their behavior. The website Charter97.org published some comments:

- Smart little birds, though.

- They even use crosswalks. Everyone lives in peace here.

- No surprise there. The average crow is twice as smart as the average soccer player.

- That’s quite a show—no need to go to the circus, though you wouldn’t see anything like that there.
