Belhydromet forecasts that over the next two days, August 5–6, extreme weather conditions in Belarus.

A “red alert” has been issued across the country due to the abnormal heat.

On the afternoon of August 5, maximum temperatures across most of the country will reach +30 to +34°C. And in the south, according to Belhydromet’s forecast, temperatures will reach +35 to +38°C.

Thursday, August 6, promises even greater challenges: in many regions, temperatures will reach +35 to +40°C.
