Ground-based robotic systems were deployed.

Soldiers from the 13th Brigade of the Ukrainian National Guard, “Charter,” carried out an unusual operation in the Kupiansk area. Using unmanned vehicles, they managed to evacuate the body of a fallen comrade from the “red zone” and also transport a previously captured Russian soldier.

The operation involved two ground-based robotic systems, two pickup trucks, and an ATV. During the mission, one of the robots got stuck in the mud, after which a sergeant with the call sign “Pukh” on an ATV helped free it.

As a result of the operation, the fallen Ukrainian soldier was recovered, and the Russian prisoner was transported to a safe location for a future exchange.
Video of the evacuation operation was released on social media by soldiers of the 13th Brigade of the National Guard of Ukraine “Charter.”
