At the same time, he said that authorities are searching for the sources of the leak spreading contrary claims. The U.S. leader wrote about this on his social media platform Truth Social.

“The United States has massive stockpiles of ammunition, especially of certain types. Furthermore, if necessary, large quantities are being produced and delivered to the U.S. Defense contractors are building more plants and factories than at any time in our nation’s history,” Trump said.

The president also reacted sharply to reports of an alleged shortage of weapons in the U.S. military. According to him, law enforcement agencies are already searching for “leaks” that are spreading, as he put it, “treasonous statements”:
