Ukraine will respond to every Russian attack. President Volodymyr Zelenskyy stated this in his evening address.

“I spoke with Commander-in-Chief Drapaty—about defending our cities and our responses to Russia. We have entirely justified responses; every Russian strike will be met with a response from us. The Russian war will be increasingly felt by them at home, in Russia,” said Volodymyr Zelenskyy.

According to him, the operation targeting Russian oil refineries is ongoing, and strikes have also been carried out against Russian air defense systems, radar stations, and Russian infrastructure in the Azov and Black Sea regions.

“The only reason this continues is Russia’s unwillingness to end this war,” Zelenskyy said.

It should be noted that on the night of August 9, the Russian military launched massive strikes on Kharkiv and Odesa. According to the latest reports, 13 people were injured in Odesa. In Kharkiv, one person was killed and 37 were injured.
