Putin Is Driven By A Paranoia Of Persecution

Zelensky made a smart move.

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy announced his readiness to meet with Putin in December at the G20 summit in Miami:

“We have to be there. We need to meet, talk, and make a decision”.

A good diplomatic move—a demonstration of openness and the willingness to negotiate, notes the Telegram channel “SerpomPo”.

At the same time, it’s hard to believe right now that Putin, with his persecution complex, would actually go to Miami. What if he gets taken out on the way? Or will the plane land in The Hague?

But imagine that Putin arrived (or sent “Vasilich”). Here’s the scene: everyone is shying away from Putin—except Zelenskyy. They’re standing in a corner of the hall; Zelenskyy is saying something, while a flushed Putin listens grimly, munching on a salad.

However, Putin’s adviser Ushakov reported that the question of Putin’s trip to the G20 summit hasn’t been discussed yet. It’s a serious matter, of course. We should convene the Security Council to discuss everything thoroughly. And show it on TV, with each participant stepping up to the microphone and saying, “You shouldn’t go there. Let them give us Alaska; we’ll meet there and invite everyone to visit.”
