The "Ozero" Cooperative Is Losing Power

Putin is becoming a pawn of his own security guards.

Behind-the-scenes power struggles are taking place in the Kremlin, resulting in the dismissal of one of Russia’s most influential intelligence officials—Sergey Alpatov.

This was reported by the Russian news site “VChK-OGPU”, which is linked to Russia’s intelligence services.

Alpatov was recently dismissed from his post as head of the FSB’s Economic Security Service. The channel claims that he fell victim to a new Kremlin clan formed from Putin’s former bodyguards. And this clan is rapidly gaining power, seizing control of the assets and influence of the Russian dictator’s inner circle.

“A new era is dawning in Russia, when personnel reshuffles in the security apparatus, in certain ministries and agencies, and in state-owned corporations will be driven not by the usual members of the ‘Ozero’ cooperative and shareholders of Bank Rossiya, but rather the ‘bodyguard clan,’” the source reported.

The group’s key figures include Putin’s former personal bodyguards: Alexey Dyumin, Dmitry Mironov, Dmitry Stepanenko, as well as FSO Director Dmitry Konchnev.

“This clan has already firmly embedded itself in all the assets of Arkady Rotenberg; its members wield significant influence over Sberbank CEO German Gref, and so on. Currently, the clan is seizing assets from Anatoly Yablonsky, the custodian of the capital of Yevgeny Lovyrev, deputy director of the FSB of the Russian Federation,” the channel reported.

According to the channel, this clan manipulates the fears of Russia’s aging dictator Vladimir Putin. His security detail eliminates their rivals by telling him tall tales that these people are plotting against him or planning an assassination attempt.

According to the report, this clan manipulates the fears of the aging Russian dictator Vladimir Putin. His security detail eliminates their rivals by telling him tall tales that these people are plotting a conspiracy or an assassination attempt against him.

“This isn’t the first time the security clan has pulled such a ‘stunt’ on Putin… “A ‘trial balloon’ was launched this past spring, when representatives of the clan reported to the Russian president about an assassination attempt being planned against him (remember all those soldiers with assault rifles and machine guns on the Kremlin walls and at the mausoleum) and successfully ‘foiled the attempt’. That’s when the clan realized the extent of its influence over Putin,” a source told “VChK-OGPU.”

In fact, 73-year-old Putin, who is terrified for his life, is losing power and becoming a pawn of his former personal bodyguards.
