Turkey has recently stepped up its diplomatic efforts aimed at reaching agreements on the situation in the Black Sea. This was stated by Turkish Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan.

According to him, Ankara is negotiating with the parties and trying to facilitate the reaching of agreements. Turkey is working to advance the negotiation process regarding the Black Sea.

“We have recently stepped up our efforts to reach an agreement on the Black Sea,” said the Turkish foreign minister.

He also noted that the Turkish side is continuing negotiations with the relevant parties on this issue.

Ankara has previously played a role in international agreements related to the safety of navigation and the functioning of the Black Sea.

The Turkish side is once again attempting to use diplomatic channels to reach agreements on the situation in the region. At the same time, Fidan’s statement does not disclose details of a possible new format or the specific terms of the agreements.
