They will affect, among other things, limits and PINs.

Belarusian banks have made changes regarding bank cards. "Zerkalo" has compiled a list of these changes.

Starting September 21, at Neo Bank Asia, the fee for the “SMS notification” service for cards will be 3.5 rubles, 1.5 dollars or euros, or 100 Russian rubles. “The monthly service fee for a primary or supplementary CashYou card, depending on the card type, is set as follows: Visa Classic—5 rubles, Visa Gold—7 rubles, Visa Platinum—10 rubles,” the financial institution reported.

“BelVEB Bank” has expanded its “Siyay” card lineup with new formats: a virtual card and a “Siyay” payment sticker are now available for issuance. It is also now possible to issue up to three different cards linked to a single account: a classic card, a virtual card, and a “Siyay” payment sticker.

Starting October 26, “MTBank” will implement changes to card PIN codes.

Sberbank has waived fees for certain cards and increased the cash withdrawal limits for them. For example, starting September 1, you can apply for a children’s “SberKarta” (for ages 6 to 18) for just one kopeck instead of the previous 15 rubles.

For the “SberCard Generation” card for seniors, the limit for commission-free withdrawals of Belarusian rubles at third-party ATMs has increased to 500 rubles per month.

“Alfa-Bank” announced that, starting September 22, it will no longer process non-cash transactions on the Whitebird platform for Visa and Mastercard cards issued by this financial institution to residents of EU countries.
