One of them concerns the UAE dirham.

Starting September 10, “Statusbank” began exchanging UAE dirhams for rubles. This service is available at the bank’s office in Minsk at 8a Denisovskaya Street.

Starting September 14, “Sber Bank” has changed the limit on currency exchange transactions via the “SberObmen” service.

Starting September 21, Neo Bank Asia will reduce the fee for accepting cash in Russian rubles at its teller windows to 15% for funding new checking accounts (and for accounts already opened prior to that date—starting October 22). This fee applies only to non-residents.

Paritetbank has introduced changes to the fee for depositing foreign currency in cash into the accounts of non-residents of Belarus.

On September 10, “Belarusbank” and the Ministry of Finance began selling bearer government bonds of the 11th and 12th issues denominated in dollars. The interest rate on these bonds is 2.7% per annum. The maturity is 2 years. The face value of a single bond is $1,000 or $5,000.
