French President Emmanuel Macron reported having a “very constructive” conversation with U.S. President Donald Trump at the UN General Assembly in New York. In particular, the two leaders discussed support for Ukraine. This was reported by Le Figaro.

According to the newspaper, the presidents discussed “the need to provide even faster and more decisive assistance to our Ukrainian friends, particularly regarding the supply of interceptor missiles.”
