On September 23, it was reported that Ukrainian Air Force pilots had achieved unprecedented success by bombing a Russian military command post. The exact location of the target is still unknown, but based on an analysis of social media, the strike was carried out by MiG-29 pilots in the northern sector. This was reported by Dialog.UA.

Aerial reconnaissance was able to identify the enemy position, aided by the Russian soldiers themselves: for a long time, a large number of troops had been concentrated around the command post without making any significant attempts at camouflage, and weapons and ammunition were being brought in.

As can be seen in the video footage, the attack by the Ukrainian fighter jet consisted of two precise strikes, presumably with aerial bombs: the first hit the near edge of the building, and the second struck the center.

The force of the explosions and the detonation of the enemy’s missile system completely destroyed the facility; casualties among the Russian Federation’s armed forces are being verified.

On September 23, Ukrainian fighter jets and all air defense units had their hands full: they managed to shoot down 119 enemy “Gerbera”-type UAVs and other types of drones, as well as 3 “Banderole”-type guided missiles.
