Moldovan President Maia Sandu responded to Russia’s shelling of Ukrainian regions, which resulted in drones flying into Moldovan airspace on several occasions.

She wrote about this on the social network X.

Sandu stated that on the morning of September 24, four Russian drones violated Moldova’s airspace, and “at least one of them exploded in the north of the country.”

“The war being waged by Russia threatens all of Europe. We condemn this war and stand in solidarity with Ukraine,” the Moldovan president emphasized.

On the night of September 24, Russia launched another massive attack on Ukrainian territory. Specifically, the Russians struck Kyiv with ballistic missiles: as of this morning, two people are known to have been killed and eight wounded.
