In the Russian city of Perm region, an industrial facility was struck by drones, according to the region’s governor Dmitry Makhonin. The Telegram channel ASTRA claims that one of Russia’s largest oil refineries, “Lukoil-Permnefteorgsintez,” was damaged.

Dmitry Makhonin reported the “massive drone attack” on the morning of September 25.

ASTRA reports that one of the largest oil refineries, “Lukoil-Permnefteorgsintez,” which is capable of processing more than 13 million metric tons of oil per year, was hit.

The facility was last attacked in late August. At that time, the primary atmospheric-vacuum oil distillation unit at the refinery was likely damaged, the publication reports.
