Authorities Are Implementing A Change Regarding Border Crossings

  • 3.09.2026, 15:53

Starting October 1.

Starting October 1, new rules for registering in the electronic queue at the border will take effect in Belarus. This was reported by “Belta-Mogservice”.

As explained by the organization, the changes will affect the public offer for services related to registration in the electronic queue system (EQS), as well as the registration procedure itself. The changes will affect individuals—customers of the service.

The main change is that the contract will now be valid for a limited period: 30 calendar days from the date of payment.

Within this period, the customer must perform one of the following actions:

bring the vehicle specified during payment in the payment system to the waiting area;

complete the online vehicle registration process through their SEO personal account;

submit a refund request to “Beltamozhservice.”

“Beltamozhservice” clarified that a refund request can be submitted within 30 calendar days from the date of payment. The refund procedure is governed by paragraph 18 of the relevant regulations. The updated version of the document will take effect on October 1 and will be published on the organization’s official website.

It is also noted that in some cases, the registration service is considered to have been rendered and is subject to payment—in such cases, the money is not refunded to the customer.
