"Belarusbank" Is Implementing Significant Changes

Belarusbank will introduce several new features starting October 1. These include some restrictions. For example, starting next month, customers will not be able to add cards issued to other people to their accounts in the mobile app, according to "Zerkalo".

“Belarusbank” has warned that starting October 1, customers will also be unable to add cards issued to other people to their accounts in the mobile app. And if they do not remove them, they will not be able to use any such cards in M-Belarusbank starting on that date. “It used to be convenient for helping relatives manage an account or maintain a joint budget. But to prevent fraudulent transactions, this option will soon be discontinued,” the financial institution explained.

Fees for notifications

For the “Shchodraya,” “Lime,” “Men’s Club,” “Lady,” “Easy Card,” #anythinggoes, and “Zebra,” all notifications under the “Full” service package in the M-Belarusbank app will now incur a fee, according to “Belarusbank.”

“For ‘Persona’ cards, the ‘Basic’ and ‘Full’ service packages will become fee-based.” To prevent funds from being deducted for renewing your service package in M-Banking, open the app, tap on your card, select “Settings,” ‘Activate Package,’ select the ‘Economy’ package, and then tap ‘Activate Package,’” the financial institution clarified.

You can also set up free push notifications in the Belarusbank online banking app for debit and credit transactions on “Lady,” “Persona,” “Zebra,” “Men’s Club,” “Easy Card” (including those for students and schoolchildren), #anythingis possible, “Generous,” and “Lime.”

And for these cards, you can set up free push notifications for outgoing transactions—"Carte Blanche," #nastart, "Barkhat," “Svoi,” as well as for student cards.
