Russian Forces Launched A Massive Attack On Kyiv

On the night of September 8, Russia once again launched massive attack on Kyiv using jet-powered drones. At the same time, the enemy deployed its strategic air force for a massive strike. Tu-160 and Tu-95MS aircraft were spotted in the air, from which missiles were launched.

As a result of the shelling, fires broke out in the Ukrainian capital, and extensive damage was reported. OBOZ.UA reported on the aftermath of the shelling of Kyiv.

In the Solomianskyi district, debris was reported to have fallen on a 5-story residential building. Additionally, a 3-story residential building was damaged at another location. Furthermore, city authorities confirm that a warehouse caught fire as a result of the enemy attack.

In the Darnytskyi district, a car was damaged by falling debris.

In the Podilskyi district, a fire broke out in garages and cars. A fire in a warehouse has also been reported in the Podilskyi district.

In the Holosiivskyi district, a fire broke out on the grounds of an educational institution. Additionally, according to preliminary reports, people are trapped in a residential building.

Kyiv Mayor Vitali Klitschko reported that as of 5:30 a.m., six people were known to have been injured in Kyiv as a result of the enemy’s attack. Three of the injured were hospitalized. Three others received outpatient treatment.

As of 6:30 a.m., there are reports of seven casualties. There are also reports of two fatalities resulting from the enemy attack.

According to monitoring channels, North Korean KN-23 ballistic missiles, Kh-101 cruise missiles, “Zircon” hypersonic missiles, Iskander-M ballistic missiles, S-400 missiles, Geran-4 jet UAVs, a Geran-5 drone missile, and Geran-2 UAVs were launched at Kyiv and the surrounding region.
