Lukashenka Was Driven into a Bunker and Surrounded

It is becoming more and more obvious that Lukashenka is "in a vice" from all sides. Last week, he said literally the following: “Pay attention to my phrase. We have no friends in the world." Here, of course, one can speculate that the usurper himself signs the complete failure of his foreign policy, but it is much more interesting to understand who exactly he is addressing. With four out of five neighbors, everything has long been clear. With Russia, everything is much more interesting, the Puppeteer and the Sheep Telegram channel writes.
Just a month ago, Lukashenka called the Russian Federation "the only and closest ally." The Kremlin leadership has received all possible praise and assurances of "endless love." And now, a few weeks later, it suddenly turns out that the Belarusian regime has no friends.
What happened? It is obvious that the meeting in Sochi, where not only did not give money but also demanded to begin the process of transferring power in the interests of Moscow. Lukashenka, on the other hand, lives by the principle “no money - no love.” So Russia fell out of favor with the dictator.
Yesterday the Kremlin, through the mouth of Peskov, reacted to Lukashenka's demarche as follows: "We are not friends, but brothers." Translated from Peskov into Russian, this means: "Sasha, you and I are now so close, don't even think of breaking out of the fraternal embrace." Honestly, it would be better if he just scolded.
If you look deeper, the implied question sounds like this to Peskov: "This traitor Lukashenka again decided to deceive us, what does Putin think about it?" It is noteworthy that he was asked by the journalist of the radio Govorit Moskva, which belongs to Mikhail Gutseriev. Gutseriev has always seemed the most friendly Russian oligarch to Lukashenka. He actively participated in the regime's oil schemes and presented expensive gifts to the former president on more than one occasion. Why does his radio station remind the Kremlin of Lukashenka's inappropriate (if not treacherous) behavior?
We believe that Gutseriev (as a friend of Lukashenka) was given a delicate task: to convince the Belarusian dictator to start transferring power; it is not without reason that the oligarch has made more than five visits to Minsk since September. And most likely, Lukashenka first agreed to everything and then deceived again.
The failure of the order of the top leadership of the Russian Federation can have sad consequences for Gutseriev, so the media controlled by him launched an attack on Lukashenka. Well, it looks like the usurper has lost an influential ally in the Russian elite. And the allies would not interfere with him because the space for maneuver is rapidly narrowing.
Lukashenka managed to balance between East and West. This balance is now impossible. For the West, Lukashenka is the head of an armed group that has seized power - no one will talk to him. There was still hope of opposing Russia with China. But the Chinese turned out to be pragmatic people and immediately began to actively curtail cooperation with the unstable regime after the elections.
Unable to fight Moscow's influence with his usual foreign policy means, Lukashenka had to rely on administrative decisions. After the failure of the talks in Sochi, the first thing to do was a large-scale reshuffle in the law enforcement agencies. Obviously, those whom Lukashenka suspected of having ties with the Russian Federation were removed.
The conclusion is simple: Lukashenka is afraid of Belarusians, afraid of the West, afraid of Russia, afraid of his security officials. And he has all the reasons.
