'Under Attack Near Kherson': Russians Panicking Over AFU Breaking Front
- 9.11.2022, 13:05
The Ukrainian army has launched an offensive near Snegirivka.
Kremlin war correspondents-propagandists have started writing en masse about the start of a new counterattack by the Ukrainian Armed Forces near Kherson.
Semyon Pegov of the odious resource Russia Today was one of the first to report this. Propagandist Vladimir Solovyov caught up his information by posting it on Telegram, reports dialog.ua.
They assure that the AFU is allegedly making a "breakthrough attempt" near Snegirivka, north of occupied Kherson.
"Right now there is heavy fighting... At the moment it is difficult to say whether this is the beginning of a full-fledged assault or another reconnaissance battle," the Kremlin propagandists write.
It should be noted that there is no confirmation of the voiced information. However, according to the overwhelming majority of military experts, the Russian army will not be able to hold the right-bank part of Kherson Region together with the regional centre. The invaders' logistics on these territories are ruined, their troops are in a "fire pocket" and will be destroyed if the Kremlin does not withdraw them.

The Ukrainian South Operational Command has confirmed heavy enemy losses near Snegirivka.
In particular, the AFU destroyed 2 enemy ammunition depots near Snegirivka and Kostromka.
Earlier, OC South explained that Snegirivka is important for this direction. Some aspects have to do with the landscape, others with the junction of logistic routes.
Kherson activist Volodymyr Molchanov said that a lot of warehouses are located there. The town, he said, was a key supply point for the group east of the Ingulets river.
Moreover, according to Channel 24's sources, in early November, units of the Russian 205th Independent Motorized Rifle Brigade were ordered to withdraw gradually from Snegirivka. Paratroopers from the "elite" 76th Division based in Pskov are to cover this retreat.
