Can Lukashenka Be Eliminated By His Own Men?

The Belarusian military does not want to die for the interests of the Kremlin.
Ukraine, the Baltic states and Poland should seriously consider the threat from Lukashenka. Vadzim Kabanchuk, deputy commander of the Belarusian regiment named after Kastus Kalinouski, who is fighting in Ukraine, stated this in a long interview with the Charter97.org show Studio X97:
—The permanent threat remains from Belarus. But this is not a threat of the near future, the next two weeks, perhaps not even a month. Because in order for them to build up an invasion group from Belarus, they need time and resources. Everyone remembers when they were preparing an offensive in February 2022. The whole of Belarus passed and threw off numerous columns that were moving towards the border of Belarus and Ukraine. They need to do approximately the same thing now, if they are preparing an attack.
The offensive potential of the Belarusian army is not enough. They can make some small provocations on the border, but nothing more. No advance in depth is possible with the potential that the Belarusian army has. Plus, the morale of the Belarusian army was not at its best, and after they saw what was happening with the Russian army on the territory of Ukraine, I think it became even less.
As one of the Ukrainian analysts noted and, by the way, sent his best regards to Lukashenka, that in terms of their aggregate and structure, the troops that are now overturned in the Kharkiv direction are approximately comparable in size to the Belarusian army. Best regards to comrade Lukashenka: together with the Belarusian volunteers, the Armed Forces of Ukraine can do the same with the Armed Forces of the Republic of Belarus.
— We all really hope that this "comrade" Aliaksandr Lukashenka, who is not our friend, but the enemy, will get what he deserves already this year. Surely, you have people and you know the situation and moods among the Belarusian military. What is it, what are the moods now? Are they afraid? Are they tired of the tyrant-puppet of the Kremlin Lukashenka?
— They didn’t really want to fight before. By the way, I believe that our Belarusian servicemen are realists, they understand whose interests they will fight for in Ukraine. We had information that 7 out of 10 servicemen do not want to fight, do not want to take part in this aggressive war. They already understood that the Russian Federation has already stalled, despite all the propaganda that flows from the TV screens.
Now they have realized that the Russian Federation is in fact a colossus with feet of clay, and all these bravura statements about the second best army of the world are nothing more than propaganda. They actually turned out to be an army from the 20th century, with their "we can repeat", "to Berlin", and so on. In fact, they repeated the "feat" of 1942, when in the same geographical places, in the same directions, dozens of thousands of Red Army servicemen were mousetrapped and destroyed, killed. "We can repeat", right.
— Do you consider the scenario that Lukashenka, Putin could be eliminated by their own men?
— Everything is possible, but as far as I understand the negative selection that Lukashenka made, and Putin too, there are no worthy individuals left who could take such a decisive step. If there is any chance, it is very minimal.
