These complexes will make a big difference on the battlefield.
The Ukrainian armed forces will be helped by three types of weapons, which have not yet been supplied to Kyiv by Western countries.
Ben Hodges, a former commander of the U.S. Army in Europe, stated this to Newsweek.
Ukraine would have a clear advantage on the battlefield if ATACMS (army tactical missile system) missiles are included in future military aid packages.
According to Hodges, ATACMS would allow Ukraine to make a big difference on the battlefield.
"It is 300km from Odessa to Sevastopol, which means the Ukrainians could already put Sevastopol at a disadvantage for the Russian Black Sea Fleet," Hodges explained.
The GLSDB, a small precision-guided munition, is essentially a cruise bomb with a range of 160km. It's a hybrid of a GBU-39 bomb and an M26 rocket motor.
The munition does not have a huge warhead, but as the war in Ukraine has shown, accuracy is more important than mass.
The Gray Eagle is third on Ben Hodges' list of weapons essential for Ukraine.
Compared to previous versions of the drone, the Gray Eagle strike drone is capable of staying in flight longer and flying at higher altitudes.
Thanks to these drones, Russia will not have time to repair the Crimean bridge, the UAV can also find locations from where the Russian Armed Forces are launching missile strikes on civilians.
We remind you that the eighth Ramstein will take place on 20 January. Ukraine expects increased deliveries of heavy weapons from partners.
