Representatives of the underground are monitoring the 18th Central Research Institute of the Russian Ministry of Defence in Moscow.

RBC-Ukraine reports this, citing the ATESH Telegram channel of the Crimean Resistance Movement.

The building is located in the capital of the aggressor state, 4 Svobodny Avenue.

“This institution works the Russian defence industry, which is engaged in the development and production of technical and combat equipment of the occupying forces,” the publication notes.

The partisans added that they continue to monitor all military facilities in Russia.
