Now their lists will be closed.

The head of the CEC, Ihar Karpenka, said that Belarus would no longer publish lists of falsifiers from the so-called election commissions.

Previously, such lists were published because, he said, Belarus wanted to show the openness of the system.

"As a result, we got bullying, harassment of these people. These lists have suddenly become the subject of investigations by various special services," said the head of Lukashenka's CEC.

He added that it wasn't up to them to invite OSCE observers. They intend to invite only the leadership of the CEC of the CIS countries.

"We are holding elections for ourselves, for our country. This is our internal affair," said the head of the CEC. - And we certainly don't have to report to any European structures.

In 2024, for the first time in Belarus, there will be joint "elections" to the "House of Representatives" and "local councils".
