Defense Intelligence: Moscow Is Practically Isolated, Preparing For Siege

A real civil war began in Russia.
Now Moscow is practically isolated by Russian law enforcement and military units. All military equipment, which has so far remained in reserve and border regions, is being brought to the capital of Russia.

After the demarche of the founder of Wagner PMC Yevgeny Prigozhin and the start of the movement of mercenaries towards the Russian capital, a counter-terrorist operation regime was declared in a number of regions of Russia.
As part of the CTO, security officers received permission to:
listening to any conversations and checking correspondence;
carrying out arrests and searches without additional approvals;
forced access to private and office premises;
use of road transport of citizens and organizations;
disconnection of all types of communication;
removal of individuals from areas of terrain and objects.”
“Now Moscow is practically isolated by the forces of police and military units. There are reinforced patrols at every intersection and exits from the city. A large number of buses without numbers and identification marks with armed men inside are moving around the city. The movement of interregional passenger transport has been stopped,” the intelligence writes.
In particular, freight and postal transportation has been suspended in the capital of Russia. Law enforcement officers conduct a mass inspection of vehicles with particular attention to large closed vans.
“The movement of civil and official vehicles along the M4 Don federal highway (Moscow - Voronezh - Rostov-on-Don - Krasnodar - Novorossiysk) has practically been stopped. All lanes are cleared for the movement of military and cargo vehicles. Armed checkpoints have been set up at all exits from the highway.
As the Charter97.org website reported earlier, the Wagnerites’ chieftain Yevgeny Prigozhin declared the start of a military coup. The troops of the Wagner PMC have already taken Rostov-on-Don and entered the Voronezh region of the Russian Federation. In Rostov, Prigozhin announced a heading for Moscow. The advanced Wagner columns on armored vehicles have already entered the Voronezh region of the Russian Federation, and are moving towards Moscow. Russian and international media reported that Voronezh was taken by Prigozhin without a fight. The advanced Wagner units have entered the Lipetsk region on tanks.
