Israel Bans Its Servicemen From Visiting Belarus

The ban went into effect June 25.

The Israel Defense Forces has banned soldiers and officers from flying to Russia and Belarus. Doron Kadosh, a journalist of Galei Tzakhal, reported this on his Twitter blog.

The ban came into force on June 25 and will remain in effect until a special decision.

Military personnel must cancel their trip even if they bought tickets in advance.

The restriction was introduced due to political and military instability in Russia.
