3rd Assault Brigade Of AFU Defeats Russian Paratroopers Near Bakhmut, Takes Many Captives

Soldiers of the 3rd separate assault brigade of the AFU defeated units of the 83rd Airborne Assault Brigade near Bakhmut. As a result of the offensive, Ukrainian soldiers eliminated a platoon of Russians and captured 10 occupants.

This is reported by the press service of the 3rd separate assault brigade of the AFU.

"Soldiers of the 2nd assault battalion liberated more than a kilometre of territory, improving the tactical position of the Ukrainian forces in the direction of the town," the message reads.

As a result of the offensive, an enemy platoon was completely eliminated and 10 more Russian occupiers were captured. Also Ukrainian fighters destroyed Russian equipment, including an enemy tank.

In addition, a company stronghold was captured and positions for the further advance of the assault troops were seized.
