Political Prisoner Andrzej Poczobut In Disciplinary Cell

This is the third time since the transfer to the Navapolatsk penal colony a month ago.

Political prisoner journalist and one of the leaders of the Union of Poles in Belarus Andrzej Poczobut was thrown in a punishment cell. For the second or even third time after the transfer to the Navapolatsk penal colony.

Narodnaia Volia reported with reference to the wife of the imprisoned journalist. According to her, Andrzej is denied a lawyer, and deprived of medicines in a disciplinary cell.

“What do I know about my husband today? Well, nothing. In addition to the fact that events are developing according to the worst scenario when a person simply disappears in prison without any news. The last piece of information from Andrzej came a month ago when they transferred him to the Navapolatsk penal colony. He also managed to tell me that immediately in quarantine he was declared a “malicious violator” and deprived of parcels and visits.
