They Were Killing Alexei Navalny

The prison executors acted on the orders 'from above'.

The Russian telegram channel VCheK-OGPU conducted its investigation into the death of Russian opposition leader Alexei Navalny and unequivocally stated that the politician was killed.

“If not directly, then simply depriving him of normal medical care,” the authors of the channel said.

For a long time, the critical condition of Alexei was concealed, and only hygienist tried to "save" him behind bars.

They were killing him on the order of someone very high-ranking. Most likely, it was the head of the correctional facility, who, despite the criminal prosecution, worked in the system — Federal Penitentiary Service of Russia. — That's not surprising. The son of the head of the is an officer of the Federal Protective Service.

It follows from the reports to Moscow about Navalny's death, that Alexei went for a walk at 12.11 (10.11 Moscow time). He soon felt bad. Very bad. He was placed in the medical unit. The call to the local ambulance came at 13.30. Prison authorities were just afraid to call professional doctors for about an hour and were watching Alexei dying. It was already impossible to save Alexei when the ambulance arrived. Allegations that some kind of help was provided to Alexei are lies. There was no one in the prison to provide it. Alexei was taken to the head of the colony Alexei Lisiuk — no one can call him a doctor.

39-year-old Lisiuk, in whose hands in fact was the life of Alexei Navalny, was repeatedly detained in Kropotkin (Krasnodar Region) for life without documents, for trading in prohibited areas, and also a hunting rifle was seized from him for violating the rules for storing weapons.

Then he managed to work in the SES (Health Inspection Service) of the Krasnodar Region (hygiene specialist). Then a significant event took place. Lisiuk met Ruslan Tsoi, a native of Kyrgyzstan, the head of the medical unit in the prison IK-8 (he answered the call of journalists so that he was in the FSB and hung up the phone). After that, Lisiuk changed Kuban to Yamal-Nenets Autonomous Okrug. When Tsoi boosted his career and became the head of MSCh-11 [a medical unit - Ed], Lisiuk started working there. The MSCh served several prisons. Then he got to the prison, where Navalny was sent. A former homeless person and hygienist was responsible for the lives of prisoners. At once, several convicts from this prison told the VChKa-OGPU that the only "medicines" of Lysiuk were "antiseptic green dye and analgin", he is not a doctor and cannot help really. He is definitely not able to carry out reanimation.

The medical unit of the prison IK-3 is licensed only as an ambulatory, there is no hospital in the IK-3, those who need emergency care in the medical unit of the colony are obliged to be taken to the nearest hospital (usually in Labytnangi) or to a closed medical institution in Komi. But, according to official reports, the life of Alexei Navalny was "fought" within the walls of the prison (from 45 minutes to an hour) before the ambulance was called. A hygienist was "rescuing" a dying person...

Who else was involved in the massacre of Alexei? Formerly prosecuted official, ex-businessman and father of the FSO employee Vadim Kalinin, who has been the head of the IK-3 since 2021. In the early 2000s, he was convicted of exceeding his official powers. However, the case was dismissed, and Vadim Kalinin was amnestied. After that, he was engaged in agricultural business until 2018, but then liquidated the company and went to serve in the FSIN (Federal Penitentiary Service), where he quickly achieved career success. The business is family owned. Natalia Kalinina, the wife of the current head of the IK-3 back in 2014 was a senior operative of the Department for Ensuring the Activities of the Operational Units of the Federal Penitentiary Service for the Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Okrug.

The son of jailers took a more privileged path — Daniil Kalinin went to his relatives in Voronezh, where he studied at the branch of the Academy of the FSO of Russia at the Voronezh Institute of Government Communications (VIPSI).

None of the Kalinins answered the calls of journalists.

But further more. Svetlana Solopova, a narcologist from Kemerovo, is the head of these prison medical units of the head organization of the MSCh 11, which is located in Komi and is headed by her narcologist. She changed her surname three times until she registered at the address with the owner of a private medical organization.

When it became known about the death of Alexei Navalny, it was possible to contact her, but she hung up and wrote a message that "The Operational Department has all the data."
