The governor of the Belgorod region was asked to appear for the exchange.
Volunteers from the Russian Volunteer Corps captured more than two dozen Russian military personnel during a raid in the Belgorod and Kursk regions.
This has been reported by the RVC.
Volunteers showed Russian soldiers taken prisoner. The RVC command appealed to the governor of the Belgorod region, Vyacheslav Gladkov, and called on him to come to the meeting and pick up the prisoners.
Russian volunteers also denied information about the alleged destruction of the RVC, saying that a “limited military operation” in the Belgorod and Kursk regions of the Russian Federation continues.
On March 12, the Russian Volunteer Corps, together with two other units, broke through the border with Russia and took control of several settlements, in particular in the Belgorod and Kursk regions.
