China Refuses To Invite Lukashenka?

‘China, as well as the West, today perceives Belarus as a continuation of Russia in the western direction,’ said political scientist Arkady Moshes on the air of Euroradio.
According to the expert, most likely, China had no interest in inviting Lukashenka to the country for the visit, which was supposed to take place a few days before the ‘elections’ in Belarus.
- I don't rule out that Putin could also drop a word, saying, ‘Don't invite Aliaksandr for the time being, I'll be visiting myself’. And also there was a precedent, when in late 2023 there was a summit of the ‘Belt and Road’ in China, and Lukashenka was not invited. They didn't show him in one photo next to Putin or Xi Jinping. They gave him an opportunity to come to China later, but Lukashenka was not in the group of people who were supposed to actually agree on something.
Moshes says that it is possible that Lukashenka simply did not have any invitation from China. Moreover, according to the standards of diplomatic protocols, Lukashenka can't come to China twice in a row - there should be an order, so that Xi Jinping could also come to Minsk.
Political scientist Roza Turarbekova believes that Lukashenka is not wanted anywhere now, even in the East. The expert says it's a new trend.

However, no visit took place.
