Zelenskyy Outlined The Key Condition For Ending Attacks On Russian Oil Refineries

The President of Ukraine issued an ultimatum to the Kremlin.

Ukraine will be ready to stop striking Russian oil refineries if Russia stops attacking Ukraine’s energy infrastructure.

This was reported by Charter97.org, citing Telegram of Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy.

Zelenskyy emphasized that Russia is the real cause of the war in Europe.

According to him, attacks on energy infrastructure could be stopped today, but Russian dictator Vladimir Putin does not want to do so.

“Ukraine will be ready to stop strikes on Russian oil refineries if Russia stops striking our energy infrastructure. Any de-escalation steps must be mutual and backed by genuine guarantees,” the Ukrainian president noted.

As a reminder, U.S. President Donald Trump demanded that Ukraine immediately cease attacks on Russian oil refineries.

Ukrainian authorities have made their position clear: attacks on oil refineries will continue until an energy ceasefire is reached.

Meanwhile, Trump once again reprimanded Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy for his “unwillingness to negotiate” and praised Russian dictator Vladimir Putin for concluding the diesel fuel agreement.
