"The Kremlin Is Paying A Colossal Price"

A military expert on the failure of Russia's key objectives in the war.
Russia is unable to indefinitely escalate its attacks on Ukraine and is already facing serious technological and resource constraints.
The aggressor nation is paying a colossal price for goals it has failed to achieve. This was discussed on the TV channel FREEDOM, Ukrainian military expert Serhiy Grabsky emphasized.
He stressed that Russia’s attempts to dictate its terms or demand any concessions are pointless, as its military capabilities are gradually being depleted.
“Russia, despite its enormous size and its seemingly grand and terrifying nature—like Goodwin in The Wonderful City—is, in fact, a colossus with feet of clay. “We see the number of launchers destroyed, the destruction of the Black Sea Fleet, and the rather lackluster use of other capabilities—namely, its naval forces,” said Grabsky.
The military expert also noted that the capabilities of Russia’s strategic aviation have been significantly reduced compared to the early years of the full-scale invasion.
“We’re talking about limitations on strategic aviation because, compared to what we saw in 2022–2023, the use of strategic aviation has now become more sporadic rather than a sustained operation. This is precisely where the answer lies to the question of what Russia can do. Practically nothing, except pay a colossal price in the lives of its people for goals that it has, in principle, been unable to achieve,” the spokesperson noted.
As Bloomberg previously reported, citing a high-ranking NATO military official, in September the Russian military lost about 50,000 troops in the war against Ukraine, of whom approximately 28,000 were killed.
